DM Pack’s FLO automatic L-sealing packaging machines are ideal for packaging various products with single-fold or flat polyolefin/polythene films. The L-sealing packaging machine is characterised by the “L”-shaped sealing bar that descends vertically, applying the same pressure on all points of the film without any risk of breakage, thus ensuring that a pack is created around the product with uniform pressure. The L-sealing packaging machine is suitable for working with single-fold polyolefin or polythene films (POF & PE) or flat foil, with the addition of an external single-folder. The pneumatic or motorised (for the electric version) vertical sealing bar allows the packaging to be created around the product, thus ensuring that the same pressure is applied to all points, without the risk of the film breaking. The machine is excellent for packaging various kinds of products with or without a shrink tunnel (compact version or with a separate tunnel).

L-sealing packaging machines are characterised by the “L”-shaped sealing bar; a single bar that descends vertically, applying the same pressure to all points of the film without using the scissor system. The following can be combined with all DM Pack packaging machines: infeed conveyors, palletisers, pushers, loaders (shutter and rotary), shrink tunnels, outfeed conveyors, stackers or any other DM Pack-manufactured system.

The FLO automatic L-sealing packaging machines are also available in a ‘COMBO’ version, with a built-in single-chamber tunnel to optimise the available space.

The FLO automatic L-sealing packaging machines are available in various sizes, depending on the product size: up to 700 x 900 mm with a height of up to 400 mm with optional extras. The single vertical bar, which applies the same pressure to all points of the film, has replaced the old scissor bar. Measuring only 10 mm in thickness, it allows for considerable film savings (the amount of film sealed around the product is minimal, which guarantees a tightly sealed package). The standard version of the machine supports polyolefin film, whilst the optional version also supports polyethylene.
