Linear robot palletiser

DM Pack’s TRON COMPACT automated linear robot palletiser is part of the brand’s range of linear robot palletisers, designed to meet different customer requirements in terms of speed, dimensions and final configuration.

This model, together with the TRON 4 SIDES OPEN, offers customised palletising solutions.

The TRON COMPACT has been designed and built on a robust supporting structure to ensure optimum accessibility and operator safety, thanks to the light curtains. The picking head, which can be customised according to the type of product to be palletised, is custom-designed to ensure gentle handling and correct positioning before final placement.

The main features of the TRON COMPACT linear robot palletiser are its compact design, small footprint, precision and ease of use.

The overall dimensions of the TRON COMPACT start at 2200 x 1350 mm (L x W) and, depending on the pallet, the height can reach up to 2700 mm, including the pallet. The palletiser can work with 800 x 1200 mm and 1000 x 1200 mm pallet sizes, with heights of up to 1750 mm and 2700 mm (both including the pallet). The movement speed can reach up to 10 movements per minute.

The picking head can be equipped with suction cups or a vacuum suction system, depending on the type and weight of the object being palletised. The size of processable products range from a minimum of 90 x 150 x 100 mm (L x W x H) to a maximum of 400 x 600 x 600 mm (L x W x H).
