Stunning vintage starburst or sun-themed large metal oval wall mirror, likely from the 1950s-1960s. The origin is unknown.
Features a starburst or sun pattern made of individually welded overlapping "leaves." The convex design has outer edges flush to the wall with the center raised 1.5" off the wall.
Features a gold gilt-like finish with a lovely vintage patina, including minor oxidation or areas where the gold finish is missing. Please review all provided photos.
The mirror itself is free of cracks and scratches, but there are two tiny chips around the outer edges (not visible when mounted). It includes one metal welded loop for vertical or horizontal hanging.
Overall, in good pre-owned vintage condition considering its age. This large piece measures approximately 31"H x 25"W x 1.5"D. The interior mirror portion is about 16"H x 9.5"W and weighs close to 6 pounds.
