Information we process and why
- Account and listing information: contact details, account identifiers, listings, photographs, technical details and seller communications to provide the marketplace service and perform our agreement with you.
- Orders and billing: package selections, invoices, transaction references and billing information to fulfil orders and comply with legal obligations. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms.
- Support and reports: enquiries and supporting information to respond, resolve disputes and prevent misuse, based on our legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
- Technical data: IP addresses, request logs and necessary session information to deliver and secure the service, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website.
- Newsletter requests: email address and evidence of consent, where you choose to request marketing updates. You may withdraw consent at any time. Submitting a request does not by itself mean a marketing subscription has been activated.
Public listing data
Information you publish in a listing, including seller contact details you provide for display, can be viewed by visitors and indexed by search engines. Publish only information you are entitled to make public. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive personal information to public listing fields.
Recipients and service providers
Authorised staff and providers supporting hosting, maintenance, communications, payments and security may process data where needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when legally required or to address a substantiated dispute or misuse. A seller receiving your enquiry handles it under their own responsibilities. Third-party websites, maps, videos and social sharing services have their own privacy practices.
International transfers
If a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer requirements must be met, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention
Account and listing information is retained for the period needed to operate your account and services. After closure, we retain only information necessary for legal obligations, outstanding disputes, fraud prevention and reasonable backup cycles. Billing records are retained for the legally required period. Newsletter requests are retained until withdrawn or no longer needed for their purpose. You may ask us for the retention period applicable to a particular record.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. We do not use this notice to obtain consent or waive your rights.
