2. The marketplace service

MachineSalesHub provides equipment listings and tools for buyers and sellers to connect. The equipment sale contract is between the buyer and the identified seller. Our paid listing services are separate from an equipment purchase. We do not guarantee the condition, ownership, availability or accuracy of an advertiser’s equipment.

3. Accounts and listings

You must be at least 18 and entitled to act for any business you represent. Keep account details accurate and login credentials secure. Only advertise equipment you own or are authorised to sell. Describe its condition, defects, price, taxes and location accurately. Use only photographs and documents you have permission to publish. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information.

4. Prohibited content and moderation

Fraudulent, illegal, misleading, infringing or spam listings are prohibited. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts where necessary to address misuse, legal obligations or security risks. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge the decision by email. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

To report an unlawful or misleading listing, email sales@machinesaleshub.com with its URL, your reasons and supporting information. Include a contact address so we can respond. We review reports and may request clarification.

5. Listing packages and payments

The package page and checkout show the price and applicable features before an order is placed. A payment for listing services is not payment for the advertised machine. Do not assume that a package renews automatically: recurring billing applies only where an interval and recurring charge are expressly displayed and accepted at checkout. 6. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the permission needed to host, display and distribute your listing through this marketplace while it is published, and to retain copies where reasonably required for backups, dispute handling or legal obligations. You must respect third-party intellectual property.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain a useful and secure service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a successful equipment sale. Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Applicable law and complaints

Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Contact us first to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also seek assistance from the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority and, where eligible, the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competent courts and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain available.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated as required by law. The terms accepted for an order continue to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Contact: sales@machinesaleshub.com.
