Refund and Cancellation Policy

Listing services and equipment purchases

This policy covers marketplace services purchased from Inglija OÜ. Refunds, returns and warranties for advertised equipment must be addressed to the equipment seller under the applicable sale contract and law.

Requesting cancellation or a refund

Email sales@machinesaleshub.com with your order number, account email and the service concerned. Explain whether you wish to cancel, exercise a right of withdrawal or report a problem. No particular wording is required to exercise a statutory right.

Consumer right of withdrawal

If you purchase a service as a consumer under a distance contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Business purchases do not automatically carry this consumer right. Any applicable statutory exceptions must be explained before purchase.

If you expressly ask us to start a service during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge may apply for the service actually supplied where the legal requirements are met. The right is lost on full performance only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement were obtained. Merely using the website does not waive the right.

Where withdrawal gives a right to reimbursement, we will refund the applicable amount without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Service problems

If a purchased package is not activated correctly or materially fails to match the agreed service, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming services are unaffected.

Renewals

Recurring charges apply only where expressly agreed at checkout. Cancelling future renewal, where available, is separate from requesting a refund for the current period. Removing an advertisement does not automatically submit a refund request.
